Kickoff Meeting

We’ll meet to discuss the project goals, stakeholders, brand identity, and timeline to ensure a stress-free delivery.

Creative Direction

Based on your content, I’ll develop a general design direction across 2-3 slides. We’ll review and edit to ensure all parties are happy before rolling out the design to the rest of the presentation.

Final Editing

You’ll receive an editable presentation in your preferred format (Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint). I’ll make final changes based on your feedback, typically 1-2 revisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Each presentation is built to empower you and your team to use as a communication tool.
You’ll be able to edit text, update charts, and switch out graphics with ease in your preferred presentation format, whether it’s PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
You can share the content you already have on slides or in an outline format. If you have a vision in mind for any particular content, feel free to include an inspirational graphic, description, or initial formatting.
If you have them, please send a high-resolution version of your logo in PNG, EPS, or Ai format, your brand style guide, and access to any imagery resources you have. If you do not have a style guide, I can use your company website as a guide to ensure brand consistency.
If your company does not have a asset library of images, I can source royalty free images from Unsplash.com and Pexels.com, free of charge.
If you require licensed images to distribute your presentation to a larger audience, I can source images from Shutterstock at $14.50 per photo.
We can communicate in whichever fashion you prefer. By default, I work through email, however, if your company has a project management tool as part of your workflow, I am happy to work in that platform.
I require a 50% deposit to begin work on the presentation. Once the project is complete and you have the final file in-hand, I will send a final invoice that you can pay via credit card online.
